Kevin Cameron is a Project Manager with extensive experience in governance, risk mitigation, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Kevin is recognized for third-party risk management expertise, project management, technical and management skills, business acumen and innovative ideas. In his last position at The PNC Financial Services Group, he was Vice President and Project Manager, Enterprise Vendor Management. In that capacity his responsibilities included business oversight for risk management, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction for third-party entities. His previous position at PNC was Project Manager and Internal Consultant, responsible for business consultation, launching consumer retail services/products, planning/implementing consumer and business market plans. Kevin was with The PNC Financial Services Group for more than eight years.

Prior to PNC, Kevin was Credit and Collections Manager at FedEx for six years. Kevin is also a 13-year military veteran; he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and served in various leadership positions as a member of the US Army. Kevin’s active duty military assignments were at Fort Bragg, NC., Fort Hood, TX., and Garlstedt, Germany.

Kevin has served as the President of the National Black MBA Association, Pittsburgh Chapter since March 2008. Under his leadership, the Pittsburgh Chapter has experienced significant growth and has a special focus on education solutions for African-American students. The Pittsburgh Chapter significantly increased financial support to African-American students for higher education through its scholarship program – in 2009, $180k was awarded. In addition, the chapter has strengthened its presence in the community, and provides relevant programming in the areas of Career, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Lifestyle. Prior to serving as President, Kevin served as the Vice President of Operations and Membership Chair. Kevin has a passion for the National Black MBA Association, and strives to lead it to become the “premier black professional organization” in the greater Pittsburgh Region.

Kevin obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business; and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Robert Morris University. Kevin also has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Kevin is married to Francine Cameron; they have two kids Jayelin and Keyaira Cameron. Kevin is a native of Aliquippa, PA, he and his family reside in Ohio Township, PA.
